Coach with Saganom

Clients who arrive prepared.

Saganom is the career coach companies give their employees. When a person needs a human, Leo, the AI coach, says so and hands over. You get a briefing before the first session; the person gets a coach who already knows where they stand.

What you get

A briefing per client: target role, measured skill gaps, their own plan. Never their conversations with Leo.
Sessions funded by the employer’s learning wallet, or by the person. Payment handled; you send one invoice a month.
Your own fee. Saganom adds a 10 % service fee on top, visible to the client.
Your name, photo and three lines on saganom.com, if you want to be shown.

What we ask

A professional-body credential (ICF, EMCC, or a national body), or ten years in a corporate function with coaching experience.
Coaching in English, German or French; two of the three is a plus.
A fixed fee per session and the hours per week you can give.
Written notes for the person after each session, in the app, so the plan moves.
Your own practice: other clients, your own insurance, your self-employment confirmed. You decline any booking you like and set your own hours; Saganom never instructs you how to coach.
